What a year…and a bit!

So wow! Just wow! Who knew we would experience a pandemic and start to come out the ‘other side’! For us, we moved in the middle of the pandemic(what were we thinking??!!) BUT we had the opportunity to come home to where I was brought up! That said, it hasn’t come without its challenges, but it was the best move for us! When I created Pivot I have always had a vision of what it could be, would be, and will be! I chose the word “Pivot” for my business because I recognized that my 20+ years in mental health work taught me that you need to be ready to pivot quickly and be adaptable! I believe that at this point in my life, I truly live “The Pivot”-flexible, always adapting, and being ‘ok’ with what ‘is’. Let me tell you this…pandemic aside….life is a roller coaster…highs and lows, and unexpected twists and turns…we can scream and yell in fear and excitement along the way(which is totally acceptable!!), but this I know..at some point the ride ends and we can breathe! And then the ride begins again….breathe…just breathe…accept that sometimes we are high up in the air so scared, and sometimes we embrace it. Whatever you choose, just know that this too shall pass.
